The Big Boys
caught some rays this morning at Lake Cheston: the Slaty Skimmer and the Great Blue Skimmer took up residence on one Y-shaped pond plant, sometimes sharing one blade, sometimes topping opposing blades. Occasionally, the Slaty Skimmer tap-tap-tapped the back of the Great Blue, whose mobile head moved not one whit.
